Garlic Lemon Pasta
1 Package of Dreamfields Low Carb Pasta ( or pasta of choice)
1/2 Stick of butter
4 Tbs of Olive Oil
2-4 Tbs of Garlic Powder
1Tbs salt
Juice of 1 lemon
1 bag of shredded Italian cheese mix
12 Fresh Basil leaves ( stack leaves and thinly slice into ribbons)
Cook pasta to Al dente
Microwave butter 40 seconds
When pasta is drained do not rinse
(the butter and lemon will stick better from the starch of the pasta)
Add melted butter, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, lemon juice
Top with cheese and Freshly Basil
